Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience and demonstrated competence in housing navigation and/or social service program delivery, ideally working with underserved populations.
• Experience coordinating and collaborating with a variety of stakeholders to develop and maintain human services programming, including use of assessments and measures to evaluate program outcomes and impacts.
• Ability to pass both a criminal background check and Wisconsin Caregiver Law Background Check.
• A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide unified oversight of the Human Services owned and contracted program housing including Park Lane Studios (10 units), Thriving Families program, and Ophelia’s House (10 beds).
• Oversees and maintains efficient pre-enrollment workflows for all housing-related service programs, ensuring documentation accuracy, timely assessment processes, and alignment with Medicaid and agency standards.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local HMIS data standards and reporting expectations.
• Supervises staff for the provision of housing services to County consumers, including leading the County’s Medicaid Supportive Housing (1915i) delivery and compliance including monitoring and implementation of quality assurance systems to ensure adherence to state and federal program standards.
• Coordinates the development and provision of housing-specific training for Human Services staff and provides general direction and guidance as it relates to housing supports.
