Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2 years of related work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HUD housing program regulations and eligibility requirements.
• Rent Calculation Certification required within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Interview and verify eligibility for public housing programs.
• Maintain client files and respond to inquiries.
• Assist in property management office operations.
• Enforce lease requirements and mediate complaints.
• Perform data entry and maintain client database.
