Job summary

The role includes inspections, resident support, and coordinating with procurement and maintenance teams to meet development goals. Responsibilities include creating reports, handling notices, and participating in housing court when needed, while guiding staff to achieve outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred in public administration, business or social science.
• One year of responsible administrative experience, preferably in housing or related field.
• Ability to work with diverse backgrounds and exercise sound judgement.
• Strong problem solving and mathematical skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out development management objectives.
• Assist with procurement activities at the development level.
• Assist with lease enforcement and apartment showings.
• Assist with rent collection and late rent notices.
• Conduct annual Living Unit and building inspections.
• Attend tenant task force meetings and prepare reports.
• Provide customer service to residents and address maintenance issues.
