Impact NW is seeking a Multnomah Housing Specialist III (Bilingual Spanish) to advance housing stability for adults and families experiencing homelessness. This exempt, full-time role demands advanced case management, advocacy, and coordination within a Housing First framework.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years in housing navigation, strong HMIS/data systems experience, and fluency in Spanish. On-site work in Multnomah County with travel as needed; benefits included.

Formación

• Bilingual Spanish is required for this position.
• Minimum of 3 years of successful housing navigation experience.
• Experience with HMIS and agency/funder data systems.
• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to drive on behalf of the agency.
• Ability to travel within the Portland Metro area and surrounding counties.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain advanced knowledge of program requirements, eligibility, enrollment standards, and funder definitions.
• Screening, intake, referrals, and managing a caseload with high-acuity cases requiring problem-solving and barrier removal.
• Provide trauma-informed, strength-based engagement and ongoing case management per Housing First.
• Develop client relationships to promote long-term housing stability and independence.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary service providers to support holistic client stability; mentor Housing Specialist II staff.
