Impact NW is seeking a Multnomah Housing Specialist III (Bilingual Russian) to provide advanced, community-based social work services within the Multnomah County PSH program. The role emphasizes Housing First, coordination with healthcare, mental health, and housing providers to support chronic homelessness and high barriers.

On-site, with responsibilities including mentorship and independent case management.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Russian is required for this position.
• Minimum of 3 years of housing navigation experience with poverty and homelessness.
• Bachelor degree preferred; equivalent experience may be substituted for education.
• Experience mentoring, training, or supporting staff development preferred.
• Experience with HMIS and data systems required.

Responsabilités

• Provide advanced, community-based social work services using Housing First; coordinate, advocate and support clients.
• Manage a high-acuity caseload with complex housing needs and landlord negotiations.
• Mentor Housing Specialist II staff and support onboarding with case consultations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary services to support client stability; conduct housing search and lease-up support.
• Ensure compliance with funder requirements and program policies.
