Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of five years of directly job-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the activities of subordinates including outside consultants.
• Prepares requests for proposal for outside consultants and reviews bids.
• Assists project managers with technical areas, program preparation, and policies.
• Coordinates project activities and guides personnel across functions.
• Oversees projects to meet objectives within budget and timeline.
• Monitors costs and schedule to stay within approved budget and timeline.
• Reviews consultant work for University standards and contract compliance.
• Performs other duties as required.
