Unbridled Living, a senior housing owner-operator based in Louisville, KY, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Director of Acquisitions in sourcing, underwriting, and closing acquisitions. You will build models, run market work, and draft investment memos, participating in due diligence with the Director.

This is an analyst role focused on expanding your senior housing underwriting responsibilities.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years underwriting seniors housing acquisitions.
• Strong Excel financial modeling capabilities.
• Familiarity with NIC MAP Vision and seniors housing financing.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, real estate, or related field.
• Willingness to relocate to Louisville, KY.

• Underwrite independent living, assisted living, and memory care acquisitions.
• Build and maintain acquisition models including rent, occupancy, and operating metrics.
• Review pro formas, trailing financials, and connect them to cash flows.
