Job summary

Clarion Partners is seeking a Senior Analyst / Associate in Senior Housing Asset Management to support asset management initiatives within the Senior Housing & Active Adult portfolio. Reporting to the Senior VP, you will work with Investments, Research, Portfolio Management, Capital Markets and Asset Management teams to monitor performance and support operator relationships.

The role requires strong financial and analytical skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach as you help

Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in real estate asset management, acquisitions, portfolio management, investment analysis, private equity real estate, REITs, investment banking, consulting, or related field.
Strong financial modeling, analytical and quantitative skills.
Understanding of property-level financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and investment performance metrics.

Responsibilities

Support execution of asset-level business plans for Senior Housing investments.
Monitor financial and operational performance including monthly analysis, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
Prepare and maintain financial models, dashboards, portfolio analytics, and reports.
