Job summary

Triple Crown Senior Living in Louisville, KY seeks a Senior Associate to drive underwriting, valuation, and portfolio optimization initiatives across acquisitions and asset management. You will build and refine models, perform market research, and prepare investment materials for the CIO, investment committee, lenders, and partners.

This role requires 4–6 years of relevant experience in real estate finance, strong Excel skills, and the ability to present insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Demonstrated ownership of institutional-quality financial models built from scratch.
• Track record of supporting transactions through closing and explaining deal size and structure.
• Experience presenting to investment committees, lenders, equity partners, or ownership groups.
• MBA, CFA, or related professional designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead underwriting and financial analysis for acquisitions, development, disposition, and recapitalization opportunities.
• Own and improve underwriting, valuation, forecasting, and portfolio models as the system of record.
• Lead market research and competitive analysis to form a defendable market view.
• Prepare investment committee memoranda and lender materials; present and defend assumptions.
• Support due diligence, data room management, and closing deliverables.
• Design asset management dashboards and partner with operations to identify value opportunities.
