Triple Crown Senior Living in Louisville, KY is seeking a Senior Associate to support acquisitions, asset management, and portfolio optimization initiatives. This role serves as the analytical engine behind growth, owning underwriting and valuation for new opportunities and delivering portfolio-level analytics.

The Senior Associate partners with the CIO and leadership to prepare investment memoranda, dashboards, and reports, and to support due diligence and closing workstreams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Demonstrated ownership of institutional-quality financial models built from a blank page.
• Experience supporting transactions through closing, with ability to explain deal size, structure, and responsibilities.
• MBA, CFA, or related designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead underwriting and financial analysis for acquisitions, development, disposition, and recapitalization opportunities from initial screening through closing.
• Own, build, and continuously improve underwriting, valuation, forecasting, and portfolio models as the model of record.
• Lead market research and competitive analysis using data to form a market view.
• Prepare periodic reviews benchmarking asset performance against projections and market changes.
• Mentor junior analysts and review analytical work as the team grows.
