Rocky Mountain Care-The Lodge in Heber City, UT is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the Environmental Services department. This role ensures a clean, safe environment for residents and staff by leading the housekeeping team and enforcing infection control standards.

The position requires supervisory experience, English proficiency, and a high school diploma (preferred). The supervisor will develop schedules, monitor cleaning protocols, and train staff to maintain high cleanliness

Competenze

• High School diploma preferred.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and perform basic math computations as needed.
• Previous long term care experience preferred.
• Must be bilingual.

Mansioni

• Carries out all cleaning duties as directed by the Administrator/Executive Director according to required department policies and procedures.
• Develops staffing schedules to meet budgetary needs and facility cleanliness expectations.
• Ensures that daily and deep cleaning schedules are adhered to.
• Maintains a high standard of personal presentation and hygiene.
• Ensures that all cleaning equipment is correctly and safely used and kept in a safe condition. Reports any defect to the department director.
• Practices sensitivity to the privacy and individual needs of the residents.
• Adheres to infection control policies at all times.
• Adheres to correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
• Ensures all necessary documentation is completed daily.
• Provides training and education for the department.
• Carries out other duties as assigned by the Administrator/Executive Director.
