Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Previous long term care experience preferred.
• Must be bilingual.

Responsibilities

• Carries out all cleaning duties as directed according to department policies and procedures.
• Develops staffing schedules to meet budgetary needs and facility cleanliness expectations.
• Ensures that daily and deep cleaning schedules are adhered to.
• Maintains a high standard of personal presentation and hygiene.
• Reports defects to the department director.
• Practices sensitivity to residents' privacy and individual needs.
• Adheres to infection control policies and PPE requirements.
• Completes daily documentation and provides training to the department.
