Job summary

Responsibilities include supervising housekeeping staff, coordinating with front office via PMS, conducting inspections, and maintaining inventory and payroll records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in supervising housekeeping or hotel operations preferred.
• Experience in budgeting, staffing, and procurement processes.
• Strong leadership and training skills to develop staff and maintain standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Housekeeping and Laundry staff; maintains training records.
• Ensures NHG standards and procedures are followed across housekeeping and laundry.
• Inspects guest rooms and facilities; initiates corrective actions and reports to management.
• Plans and coordinates budgets, payroll, and inventory of supplies and linen.
• Maintains OSHA/NAVOSH compliance and safety procedures across operations.
