Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous hotel or commercial laundry experience.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of laundry chemicals, fabric care, and uniform care standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily laundry operations, including hotel linens, towels, and employee uniforms, ensuring items are cleaned, maintained and distributed per hotel quality and safety standards.
• Lead laundry attendants and manage uniform inventory to support efficient workflows.
• Maintain accurate linen and uniform tracking, optimize turnaround times, and ensure cost control and waste reduction within the laundry department.
