Job summary

Navy Getaway Inns & Suites (NGIS) is seeking a housekeeping associate to deliver quality services to guests while adhering to NGIS standards. You will handle cleaning tasks, operate in-room appliances, and report room status through the PMS system, ensuring accurate daily records.

Strong English communication, attention to safety, and the ability to complete LMS training are required. There may be rotating shifts and occasional weekend work to support the defense community.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and SDS fundamentals.
• Familiarity with NGIS program standards and policies.
• Ability to operate in-room appliances and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality housekeeping services to guests and guest areas.
• Update room status using PMS software and document work performed.
• Complete daily room status reports and housekeeping assignment sheets.
• Follow NGIS Housekeeping Manual and program policy guidance.
• Schedule and prioritize work while honoring Do-Not-Disturb requests.
• Complete LMS-based online and hands-on training as required.
