Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Room Attendant.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing entry level employees.
• Strong English language and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience with hotel systems preferred.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and chemical handling.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guestrooms and public areas for cleanliness and report issues to housekeeping staff.
• Communicate needs or errors to Housekeeping staff and follow up on guest requests.
• Conduct training of staff as assigned and supervise daily tasks.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment use and proper chemical handling per OSHA and hotel requirements.
• Inspect rooms and areas after cleaning; verify status and discrepancy reports.
• Complete paperwork, review assignments with supervisor and assist in emergencies.
