Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of hotel sales experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory/senior role.
• Proven ability to lead a sales team and achieve revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to target corporate travel accounts and achieve revenue goals.
• Solicit and secure new business transient accounts while maintaining relationships with existing accounts.
• Negotiate and manage corporate rate agreements for profitability.
• Monitor transient trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Serve as the primary contact for business transient accounts and conduct site visits, presentations, and reviews.
• Maintain CRM records of client interactions and account details.
• Collaborate with revenue management and marketing to optimize pricing and campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends; participate in weekly meetings.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures related to sales operations.
