Job summary

Horizon Hospitality in Denver seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager to direct capital hotel renovations nationwide. You will lead end-to-end lifecycles, oversee PIPs, and collaborate with ownership, on-site teams, and general contractors.

The role demands 5–10 years of hospitality renovation PM experience, strong brand standard knowledge, and field leadership with contractors. Strong compensation and relocation support are offered.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of hands-on hospitality renovation PM experience.
• Deep knowledge of brand standards (Marriott & Hilton).
• Ability to work in the field with GC/architects and on-site teams.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools and project management platforms.
• Strong budgeting, RFIs, change orders, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct and execute hotel renovation projects and PIPs from scope to closeout.
• Manage 2–4 major concurrent renovation projects annually; no ground-up work.
• Review brand PIP reports and negotiate brand compliance.
• Solicit bids, select contractors, and negotiate terms.
• Oversee FF&E packages, logistics, and cost reconciliations.
• Develop critical-path schedules and minimize guest disruption.
• Maintain budgets, pay apps, contingency funds; report to ownership.
• Obtain permits and ensure OSHA compliance; supervise site inspections.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or an equivalent technical discipline
