A premier hotel ownership group based in Denver is hiring a hands-on Senior Construction Project Manager to direct high-profile capital renovation and PIP projects across a nationwide portfolio of select-service and full-service hotels.

Position Responsibilities

• Lead 2-4 concurrent hotel renovation and PIP projects annually from initial scope and budgeting through final closeout
• Review brand inspection reports, align project scopes with Marriott/Hilton standards, and negotiate compliance parameters.
• Solicit bids, award contracts, and manage general contractors, trade vendors, and architects.
• Coordinate FF&E staging, delivery sequencing, and installation alongside procurement teams.
• Build critical-path schedules tailored to active hotel environments to minimize guest disruption.
• Control project budgets, pay applications, RFIs, change orders, and municipal permitting.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5-10 years of direct construction management experience focused on hotel renovations and PIPs.
• In-depth expertise in Marriott and Hilton brand standards.
• Strong track record of direct field collaboration with GCs and hotel operational teams.
• Willingness to travel 25-30%
• Base Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
• Unlimited PTO
• Performance Bonus: Up to 20% annual bonus potential (paid annually)
• Relocation Assistance: Available for qualified non-local candidates up to $7,000
• Expense Allowances: $50 monthly gas allowance, full mileage reimbursement, and company-provided mobile phone reimbursement and laptop
