Job summary

The Hospitality Tribune is seeking a Director of Operations for its premium property in New York. You will lead Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and Guest Services to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent leadership experience.
• Minimum five years in senior hotel operations with multi-department responsibility.
• Proven ability to manage budgeting, staffing, and revenue-impacting initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, Guest Services and other operations.
• Ensure service, safety, cleanliness and guest satisfaction meet standards.
• Lead and develop department heads with clear expectations and accountability.
