Job summary

Aperture Hotels is seeking a Chief Engineer to lead the engineering department’s daily operations and long‑term planning. You will ensure a clean, well‑maintained property, staff, and energy programs under the General Manager’s guidance.

Responsibilities include inspections, work order management, and directing maintenance staff while upholding safety and service standards for our guests.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• 5 to 10 years maintenance experience.
• Routine maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains equipment to ensure full capacity and safety.
• Performs and documents inspections and drills.
• Oversees maintenance program and energy conservation efforts.
• Manages work orders and project scopes with GM approval.
• Directs staff in general property upkeep and problem solving.
• Ensures compliance with codes and regulations.
