Qualifications

• Minimum prior hotel or facility maintenance experience.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Strong HVAC, electrical, and plumbing skills.
• Excellent time management and communication abilities.
• Weekend/holiday on-call flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team on repairs, and maintenance tasks.
• Prioritize and assign daily work orders, guest service requests, and safety checks.
