• Maintain a tool and equipment inventory and par level.
• Ensure all team members are trained on appropriate equipment.
• Manage service contracts i.e. pest control, waste, landscaping, grease trap.
• Oversee guest maintenance calls to ensure engineers follow core standards.
• Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly property meetings.
• Complete quarterly and annual evaluations of team members.
• Perform coaching and discipline as needed.
