Job summary

Valencia Group is seeking a Chief Engineer for Caravan Court in Arlington, TX. You will manage the maintenance of the property, guest rooms, and equipment with expertise in electrical, HVAC, carpentry and plumbing.

ANTICIPATED SHIFT: Minimum of 45 hrs/ Wk

UNIFORM: Designated Engineering Uniform.

JOB SUMMARY: The Chief Engineer is responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of the entire property, specialty projects, and preventative maintenance of guest rooms and equipment with a proficiency in electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and plumbing.

• Oversee guest maintenance calls to ensure engineers follow core standards
• Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly property meetings
• Complete quarterly and annual evaluations of team members
• Perform coaching and discipline as needed.
