You will coordinate with the Director of Engineering, review daily tasks, and manage advanced maintenance requests, with a focus on HVAC systems, chemical handling, and secure logging of inspections. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

• Ensure proper chemical dosing for pools and laundry areas.
