The candidate will ensure regulatory compliance, supervise staff, and manage preventive maintenance through the CMMS platform. Strong leadership, construction management experience, and a proven track record in hotel

Qualifications

• CFC Universal license (410A) is required.
• 2–4 years in a hotel as Building/Chief Building Engineer.
• 5–8 years operating and maintaining mechanical systems.
• Construction management experience is required.
• Experience opening a new hotel is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.
• Must be available on call 24/7.
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds and ascend ladders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, managing, operating and capital budgets.
• Develop plans and schedules to achieve goals.
• Create procedures for facilities operational performance.
• Read and understand contract and RFP requirements.
• Document work performed on tickets and work orders.
• Manage shift schedules including holidays and emergencies.
• Ensure environmental compliance and safety programs.
• Maintain CMMS work order completion and PMs.
