Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on maintenance or skilled trades in hospitality or hotel setting
• Post-high school training or equivalent in maintenance/engineering preferred
• HVAC/plumbing/electrical certifications preferred
• Experience reading blueprints/technical diagrams

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled trade work across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and general maintenance
• Respond to maintenance requests, guest concerns, and emergencies
• Conduct routine inspections and address maintenance issues
• Operate tools safely and follow MSDS guidelines
• Document maintenance work and keep records
• Assist with dispatch and team workflow
