Qualifications

• General knowledge of technical fields such as carpentry, painting and electrical work.
• Six months related experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Basic math skills and ability to use computer systems used at the property.
• Ability to read and follow simple written or oral instructions.
• Ability to work varying schedules including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance and repairs hotel-wide, including guest rooms, public areas and front of house.
• Execute preventive maintenance and minor repairs, painting and parts replacement.
• Use computer to receive work orders and record work performed.
• Inspect and replace parts, maintain tools, and report safety issues.
• Respond to guest and internal service requests; escalate when needed.
• Follow PPE and safety policies; support emergency operations when required.
