Job summary

Newport Hospitality Group, Inc. is seeking an evening maintenance professional to keep hotel facilities in top condition. You will handle carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs, plus routine pool/spa upkeep, all while following safety protocols and delivering guest-friendly service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in basic repairs; familiarity with maintenance software.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs, stand/walk entire shift, and perform strenuous tasks.
• PM Shift 3pm-11pm.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs (plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, HVAC).
• Conduct routine pool/spa maintenance and assist with preventive maintenance.
• Log repairs and communicate using Quore software.
• Adhere to safety and compliance standards (lock out/tag out, pci, fire, osha).
• Maintain grounds and assist with seasonal tasks.
• Provide excellent guest service and contribute to a positive team environment.
