Qualifications

• Must be computer literate and able to use the company’s LMS system and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to obtain/maintain certifications and licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of housekeeping and custodial departments to meet standards.
• Interview, hire, train, schedule, coach, counsel, and discharge staff.
• Monitor operations; ensure facilities are cleaned and maintained per standards.
• Manage staff, equipment, and supplies aligned with budget and needs.
• Prepare and analyze departmental reports; adjust as needed.
• Resolve guest and employee issues and requests.
• Establish department guidelines, rules, and training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
