Qualifications

• 1–2 years in name-brand hotel housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest requests and service area supplies.
• Enter guest rooms with proper access and replace amenities.
• Strip and replace linens; make beds and tidy bathrooms.
• Vacuum, dust, and clean surfaces; ensure cleanliness standards.
• Follow safety policies and report maintenance issues.
• Maintain professional appearance and guest confidentiality.
• Greet guests and assist with service needs respectfully.
