Concord Hospitality is hiring Housekeepers to join our Charlotte, NC team. You will clean and service guest rooms efficiently, maintain a neat linen cart, and report any room issues. The role requires attention to detail, ability to work independently or with a team, and flexibility for weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift/carry supplies.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to safety, sanitation, and guest service standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner.
• Keep an organized linen cart that is neat, well stocked, and orderly.
• Report any areas within guest rooms that need attention, such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, or HVAC systems.
• Maintain security of equipment, keys, and supplies issued to you.
• Report lost and found articles to your supervisor.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
