Job summary

CSM Corporation is seeking a Maintenance & Engineering leader for the Residence Inn Lake Oswego property. You will oversee daily maintenance operations, manage a team, and drive financial performance while ensuring high guest satisfaction and safe, well-maintained facilities.

The role requires 3+ years in maintenance with 2+ years in a supervisory capacity; a high school diploma or GED is required, with college degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of maintenance experience
• 2+ years in a maintenance supervisory/lead/management role
• Certifications listed are a plus or obtainable per policy

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations to drive revenue and guest satisfaction
• Manage staff to meet financial goals and brand standards
• Monitor preventive maintenance, inspections and asset protection
• Control costs, procurement and capital expenditures within budget
• Ensure safe, clean, and well-maintained hotel facilities
• Provide training and coaching to team members as needed
• Coordinate with other departments to deliver superior guest service
• Maintain compliance with all regulations and SOPs
