Job summary

CSM Corporation in Minneapolis is seeking an experienced Property Maintenance leader to support lodging properties with large-scale maintenance issues, project management, training, and safety. You will work with General Managers and Chief Engineers to troubleshoot, implement cost-saving best practices, and develop value from property assets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in hotel or property maintenance, holds Class C-2 boiler, HVAC, CPO/AFO certifications, and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in hotel/property maintenance with supervisory experience.
• Certifications: Class C-2 boiler, HVAC, CPO/AFO.
• Strong negotiation, delegation, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary resource for General Managers and Chief Engineers on maintenance issues.
• Manage site projects: renovations, replacements, preventive updates and safety improvements.
• Coordinate vendor and site communications on manuals, parts, and preventive processes.
