Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts seeks a Chief Engineer for the Doubletree Pittsburgh Cranberry–Mars, PA, on-site. You will supervise preventive maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems, while ensuring compliance with brand standards and local codes.

You will lead engineering staff, manage budgets and PM programs, and coordinate capital projects to keep the property safe, efficient, and guest-ready.

Qualifications

• Vocational schooling, military training, certification and/or experience in building related trades (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry).
• 3+ years hands-on experience at a comparable location; hotel operations knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise preventive maintenance and repairs of mechanical/electrical systems.
• Monitor life safety systems and utilities in compliance with codes.
• Manage engineering staff, budgeting, and capital projects.
