HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Part-time Engineer II at the Doubletree Pittsburgh Cranberry in Mars, PA. The on-site role involves maintaining hotel systems, ensuring energy efficiency and compliance with safety codes.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, minor repairs to HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry, and guest-focused service. Prior hotel maintenance experience is preferred and lifting 25–50 lbs is expected.

Qualifications

• Vocational schooling, military training, certification or experience in building trades.
• Experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing or carpentry preferred.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs, stand/walk, and follow safety guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Assist with preventative maintenance and required repairs on hotel systems.
• Inspect electrical, HVAC, plumbing and carpentry components and document work.
• Service the pool, exterior grounds and refurbish guest-room furniture as needed.
• Communicate progress and guest considerations professionally.
