Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in managing communities, events or distributed groups.
• Strong project management skills with ability to lead programs end-to-end.
• Strategic thinker who aligns community goals with business goals.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary bridge between central Community team and your Host Community territory.
• Lead community support, growth and engagement for your Host Community.
• Develop and execute local Community Programs with clear communication and efficient resource use.
• Organize and lead multiple Community events, online and in-person.
• Champion region-specific programs that drive business impact and community growth.
