Airbnb in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Host Communications Strategy Lead to own the positioning and launch communications for new features, products and corporate updates.

You will collaborate with product design, content strategy and marketing teams to drive engagement, define KPI-based goals, and manage proactive and reactive campaigns across channels.

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience in marketing or communications at a world-class tech company or startup.
• Experience in platform or community-driven businesses is a plus.
• On-site role in San Francisco with full-time employment.

Responsabilités

• Own positioning and launch communications plans for new features, products and corporate/community updates.
• Establish engagement and business goals for key announcements and campaigns. Work with analysts and data scientists to develop KPI and measurement frameworks.
• Develop campaigns, draft messaging frameworks and positioning decks, and oversee communications execution (including writing, creative, etc).
• Identify key audiences and segments to focus on, and build plans that support these goals.
• Develop proactive and reactive communications plans.
• Work with channel owners to report on reach, engagement and business metrics; collaborate with ops team.
• Champion the community and user in all decisions.
• Oversee creative collaboration between product design, content strategy, community and marketing teams.
• Serve as both an individual contributor and a cross-functional leader.
