THE·TEAM is seeking a driven events producer to oversee complex hospitality projects from strategy through execution in Raleigh, NC. You will lead event workstreams with senior leadership and ensure unforgettable, high-touch experiences that meet client expectations.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in luxury events, a hospitality-related degree, and a track record of delivering polished client deliverables, on-time planning, and flawless on-site logistics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in high-end event management, hospitality, and/or corporate events.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, marketing or related field.
• Proven experience as an event planner or organizer in high-end hosting.
• Impressive portfolio of previously managed events.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert on B2B hosting and hospitality.
• Lead event workstreams under senior leadership and deliver best-in-class solutions.
• Develop client deliverables to support decision-making.
• Manage budgets from initial build through reconciliation.
• Oversee on-site execution including staffing and guest logistics.
• Maintain relationships with partners, vendors, and properties.
