Job summary

Studio3877 is seeking an Architect with 5–8 years of hospitality design experience to join our dynamic Georgetown team. You will lead design sessions, participate in client meetings, and help produce documents from concept through construction.

Qualifications

• Diploma from a recognized college in Architecture.
• A minimum of 5 years full time experience within the last year in a similar position involving hospitality design.
• Deep, philosophical understanding of Revit and Adobe Suite.
• Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Word and Excel), email and internet*.
• Organization/attention to detail; ability to be proactive and take initiative; ability to work independently without extensive oversight.
• Outstanding communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate and Lead design sessions.
• Participate in client meetings / presentations.
• Aid in production of project documents from concept design through construction documents.
• Complete construction administration [on site and within the office].
• Participate in marketing endeavors.
• Give and receive technical direction.
• Serve as Project Manager on multiple projects, and work as a team member on other projects as needed.
• Coordinate with consultants.
• Manage time [your own and your teams].
• Manage project budgets effectively.
