Job summary

//3877 is a boutique design firm seeking an Architect with 5–8 years’ hospitality design experience and a strong design sensibility. You will lead design sessions, present to clients, and contribute to project documents from concept to construction.

The role requires a proactive, team-oriented attitude and comfort in a fast-paced, collaborative studio. We offer healthcare benefits, 401k, and beer on tap in a creative Georgetown-area office.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Architecture from a recognized college.
• Minimum 5 years full-time hospitality design experience.
• Strong Revit and Adobe Suite proficiency.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel).
• Excellent organizational and proactive work style.
• Outstanding communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design sessions and participate in client meetings.
• Produce project documents from concept through construction documents.
• Oversee construction administration on site and in office.
• Coordinate with consultants and manage project budgets.
• Collaborate with interior design team and marketing efforts.
• Multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
