Qualifications

• 3-7+ years of professional experience in architecture.
• Strong Revit proficiency and solid technical documentation skills.
• Experience across commercial and/or hospitality projects preferred.
• Design-literate and able to articulate ideas clearly and thoughtfully.
• Grounded, collaborative personality and confident without ego.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and delivery of commercial and hospitality projects from concept through construction.
• Produce clear, well-considered documentation with a strong understanding of detailing and buildability.
• Collaborate closely with senior designers, principals, and consultants in small, agile teams.
• Participate in client meetings and design discussions, contributing ideas and solutions.
