Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of specimen processing experience and familiarity with LIS systems and MS Office. Compensation includes pay range $19.41-$23.06 per hour with potential shift differentials and annual incentive

Qualifications

• 3-5 years specimen processing experience in a lab is required.
• Knowledge of hospital LIS systems is preferred.
• Demonstrated data-entry proficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process specimens and manage test send-out per policies.
• Troubleshoot issues in specimen workflow and data entry.
• Coordinate with hospital staff and Quest teams.
• Handle inbound client communication with professionalism.
• Assist with supply ordering and documentation.
