Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Hospital Specimen Technician for Cambridge, MA, with Tue–Fri 3:00 PM–8:00 PM and Sat 1:00 PM–5:00 PM shifts. This part-time role offers a pay range of $21.09–$23.09 per hour, with potential shift differentials and eligibility for annual bonus based on performance.

You will prepare patient specimens, support pre-analytical processing, and collaborate with hospital staff and Quest teams to ensure timely, accurate testing.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of working experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Medical background and hospital lab experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Specimen processing and test send out responsibilities.
• Troubleshoot specimen issues and resolve client inquiries.
• Provide exceptional customer service and liaison with hospital staff.
• Collaborate with Quest sales and other teams to ensure smooth operations.
