Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of maintenance/engineering experience.
• Plumbing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Operates, inspects, maintains, calibrates and repairs utility equipment, systems and structures throughout the building.
• Performs mechanical repairs to include plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and HVAC.
• Performs preventative maintenance to ensure proper equipment operation.
• Ensures proper safety education and demonstrates knowledge of facility safety policies.
• Covers evening, night and weekend shifts as needed.
