Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Field-based Key Account Manager (Neuroscience) to lead strategic engagement with hospitals, IDNs and payers to enable COBENFY adoption. The role focuses on access, formulary navigation, and cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Market Access, Sales, Medical and Patient Services.

You will travel >80% of the time, build executive relationships, and drive reimbursement strategies across NC/SC.

Formación

• BS/BA degree required.
• Minimum of 8 years pharmaceutical or healthcare experience.
• Hospital and IDN experience required; regional or national account management preferred.
• Direct health system provider and payer experience required.
• Understanding of the U.S. healthcare system, hospitals/IDNs, and payer dynamics.
• Experience with hospital payment models, formulary access, P&T process, and reimbursement dynamics.

Responsabilidades

• Develop strategic account plans to optimize engagement in Neuropsychiatry accounts.
• Lead development and execution of hospital/system engagement strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate activities across matrix partners to ensure effective account management.
• Support formulary access and reimbursement discussions with payers and hospital committees.
• Engage senior decision makers and build relationships with C-suite, finance, and operations.
• Drive launch execution, market expansion, and access strategies for COBENFY.
