Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required.
• Minimum of 8 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare experience required.
• Previous hospital and IDN experience required; regional or national account management experience preferred.
• Direct health system provider and payer experience required.
• Understanding of the U.S. healthcare system, including hospitals and IDNs, provider networks and payer dynamics.
• Experience with hospital payment models, formulary access and reimbursement dynamics, pathways and protocol development, EMR/EHR systems, pharmacy planning and operations required.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive, integrated stakeholder engagement strategies within target key accounts to optimize access and adoption of COBENFY.
• Lead development and execution of account-specific strategies; partner with cross-functional teams to support hospital system adoption.
• Coordinate with matrix partners to ensure strong account management and outcomes.
• Advise on formulary management, P&T processes, and reimbursement dynamics to improve formulary position.
• Engage hospital decision-makers and build economically accretive solutions for population health.
• Lead discussions on hospital reimbursement models and demonstrate COBENFY value.
