Qualifications
- 8+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare experience
- Experience with hospital/payment models and formulary access
- Direct health system provider and payer experience
- Understanding of US healthcare system dynamics and hospital/IDN networks
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage strategic execution
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive, integrated stakeholder engagement strategies for targeted hospital accounts
- Lead cross-functional teams (Marketing, Market Access, Sales, Medical, Patient Services) to drive COBENFY adoption
- Align account plans across matrix partners to deliver improved outcomes in Neuropsychiatry
- Support formulary management and P&T processes to improve formulary position
- Engage hospital decision makers and build financially compelling solutions for population health
- Communicate COBENFY value proposition and reimbursement dynamics to executives
