Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a strategic Hospital Key Account Manager (Neuroscience) to drive account plans and adoption of COBENFY within NC/SC. The role partners with Marketing, Market Access, Sales, Medical and Patient Services to optimize access and education for CNS therapies.

The position requires deep knowledge of healthcare systems, payer dynamics, and hospital formulary processes, with field-based duties >80% of the time. A BS/BA and 8+ years pharma experience are required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to develop customer-centric approaches and leverage multi-disciplinary resources.
• Excellent analytical, social, communication and presentation skills.
• Track record of driving growth and achieving field execution targets in pharma.
• Ability to lead without direct authority and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of U.S. healthcare system, hospitals, IDNs, and payer dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic, account-specific plans to optimize engagement and outcomes in Neuropsychiatry.
• Lead cross-functional teams to support hospital system adoption of COBENFY.
• Coordinate activities across matrix partners for stellar account management.
• Advocate for formulary access and HIT-enabled pathway updates.
• Lead discussions on hospital reimbursement models and value demonstration.
• Educate senior administrators on COBENFY reimbursement dynamics in hospitals.
