Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to perform duties safely.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2–3 years of warehouse experience.
• Stocking, picking, receiving experience in hospital materials management preferred.
• Valid State of Nevada driver's license (as applicable).
• RPIW or Kaizen event for process improvement, Lean certification preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and able to use computers for training and policy access.

Responsibilities

• Manages receipt and distribution of consumable products in acute service lines.
• Communicates receipt of capital items and asset tagging.
• Ensures items are properly documented and audited.
• Maintains equipment charging and software updates for logistics tools.
• Packages and ships returned or repaired items per department guidelines.
• Coordinates deliveries with Interiors and Purchasing teams.
• Monitors inventory levels in acute service areas.
• Reconciles charges from Central Supply to user stations.
• Performs monthly expired item reviews and inventory rotation.
• Assembles OR case carts.
• Delivers mail or supplies to offsite locations with proper documentation.
